Important Information -

Coach Packet
  * Rosters - Please contact all players by August 29th.  If you cannot get a hold of a player, please let Jordyn know ASAP so we can try other
methods of communication and verify that player is indeed playing.
  * Medical Releases - Please keep these with you at every practice and game.
  * Coach Cheat Sheet - We are creating one for every division with common guidelines and suggestions (with the exception of U3/U4/U6)
  * Each coach will receive an envelope with Incident Report Forms, Concussion Procedures, Parent Pledges, Picture Schedule/Packets, and
     sponsor form.
  * Parents - Parents need to sign the parent pledge; Please turn those back in on opening day.
     -  We also strongly encourage coaches to hold a parent meeting at the beginning of the season to set forth expectations and objectives.
We want to advise parents that it is important for players to make it to practices, games, and help with game day needs. We also ask that
parents do not attempt to make calls during the games, or speak to, or at, the referees. If a parent interferes with the referee, or any part of
the game, the game can be terminated or the coach can be penalized with a card.

Uniforms
  * If your uniforms are in, they are bagged and ready. All players’ sizes are listed on your roster. Please give your biggest player the biggest
jersey and work your way down. If there is an issue with sizing, please let Dena (the regional commissioner) know ASAP so we can order as          needed.

Equipment
  * All coaches will receive a coach bag with cones, pinnies, balls, a ball pump, spare needles, whistle, ball bag, and first aid kit. U10 and above
will also receive a game planner, keeper jerseys, and gloves. If any equipment needs to be replaced, please contact the Division Coordinator
   Jordyn

Games
U8 - 7 teams with 7 players on each team
  -  We will have 3 games on 5 Saturdays and 4 games on the other 5 Saturdays.
  -  One team will play 2 games on the Saturday with 4 games. It will alternate.
  -  Game times will be 8:30, 9:30, 10:30, and 11:30

U10 – 6 teams with 9 players on each team
  -
There will be 3 games every Saturday
  -
 Game times will be 8, 9:15, 10:30

U12 – 4 teams with 11 players on each team
  -
There will be 2 games every Saturday
  - G
ame times will be 11:45, 1:15

U14 – 3 teams with 9/10 players on each team
  -
There will be one game every Saturday, one game on opening day, and 4-week night games.
  -
 Game time will be 2:45
  -
We created 3 smaller teams to allow the kids more field time and prevent the same 2 teams from competing every Saturday.
This is considered a small-sided match and will be played on the U12 field.

Goal Setup

 -
This year the goals will not be brought to the field for the coaches. The first 2 teams of the morning (both home and away) will be responsible
for bringing the goals down from the equipment pod. This will be discussed at the parent meeting and emailed to all accounts. The last games
of the day will be responsible for tear down and returning them to the equipment pod.

Referees

We have 35 total U8 games and 60 total U10, U12, and U14 games in the season. We need more referees to help cover these games.
Whether it be Center or AR, ANY help is appreciated.
 -
Our referees are spread thin. Some are there from 7:30-3:30 every Saturday.
 -
Youth referees – Must be age 12 or older. They make great referees for U8 and can help on the sidelines with older divisions.

Volunteer Program
 -
In an effort to show our appreciation for our volunteers, we have created some new incentives this year. Coaches and referees will earn tickets
for some of the things they do. They will be entered into a raffle for the end of the year. We would like to have suggestions on things you might
   like raffled off.
 -
We have also created an incentive for the teams. Please give us your input as we want this to apply to all volunteers.

Field Schedule
 -
We would like to implement a field schedule this year. It is in the works. For now, please share the field. We know there isn’t much space and it
can get rough out there. The goal is for the kids to get practice!
