Important Information -

Coach Packet
  * Rosters - Please contact all players no later than August 22nd (preferably earlier).  If you cannot get a hold of a player, either by phone or email, please let the Division Coordinator know
ASAP so we can try other methods of communication and verify that player is indeed playing.
  * Medical Releases - Please keep these with you at every practice and game.
  * Each coach will receive an envelope with Incident Report Forms, Concussion Procedures, Parent Pledges, Picture Schedule/Packets, and
     sponsor forms.
  * Parents -  It is your responsibility to manage your sidelines.
     -  We also strongly encourage coaches to hold a parent meeting at the beginning of the season to set forth expectations and objectives.
We want to advise parents that it is important for players to make it to practices, games, and help with game day needs. We also ask that
parents do not attempt to make calls on plays during the games, or speak to, or at, the referees. If a parent interferes with the referee, or

any part of the game, the game can be terminated or the coach can be penalized with a card.

Uniforms
When your jerseys are ready they will be bagged and distributed. All players’ sizes are listed on your roster. Please give your biggest player
    the biggest
jersey and work your way down. If there is an issue with sizing, please let the regional commissioner know ASAP so we can adjust as needed.

Equipment
  * All coaches will receive a coach bag with cones, pinnies, balls, a ball pump, spare needles, whistle, ball bag, and first aid kit. U10 and above
will also receive a game planner, keeper jerseys, and gloves. If any equipment needs to be replaced, please contact the Division Coordinator or
    Coach Administrator.

Goal Setup

 -
The goals will not be brought to the field for the coaches. The first 2 teams of the morning (both home and away) will be responsible
for bringing the goals down from the equipment pod.  The last games of the day will be responsible for tear down and returning them to the equipment pod.
This will be sent out on the Mojo App and reminded at the parent meeting occurring on Opening Day.

Referees
 -
Our referees are spread thin. Some are there from 7:30-3:30 every Saturday.
 -
Youth referees – Must be age 12 or older. They make great referees for U8 and can help on the sidelines with older divisions.

Field Practice Schedule
 - Please share the field. We know there isn’t much space and it can get rough out there. The goal is for the kids to get practice!
